Special Care

In a secluded country setting, safe and away from highways, Appleby Boarding Kennels is family owned and operated (we live on the premises). There is also a vet on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Guests’ own food is served, so that your dog’s stomach is not upset. We also adhere to your current feeding schedule.
• Treats are given throughout the day; we use actual dog food (Redbarn Sticks) so your dog is getting a healthy nutritious snack.
• Medication dispensed at no extra charge.
• Climate controlled large custom (16 ft x 4 ft) indoor/outdoor accommodations.
• Two acres of play and exercise areas are available to canine guests.
• Dogs are exercised alone so that they are not stressed by unwanted contact with other guests.
• Tours of the kennel are by appointment.
• Grooming and training are available by appointment
